World War I, which is gradually becoming known as the forgotten war, because it is overshadowed by World War II, is very important to our World's history. If World War I did not take place, then there would not be a chain of events to take place that caused World War II. World War I was the first war to be totally world dominating where contries from all continents became involved, in what should have been a short war between two countries became a battle for who was better in the world. World War I: A Technological Approach is a tutorial unit about this great war that uses technology as a way to reinforce the concepts learned in the classroom. Throughout this project, students will have a better grasp and understaing of this war and how it effected the history of the world.
